Exterior Drainage
Ace St. Louis LLC provides many exterior drainage solutions for
downspouts and landscaping. Many systems are available such as downspout
drain extensions, catch basins, channel drains, french drains, and
trench drain systems. Water in your basement? We may be able to help for
thousands less than many traditional waterproofing methods. The key is
to catch the water before it enters your basement foundation.
We highly recommend 4" or 6" thick-walled SDR-35 piping for the
continuation of downspouts underground. Over the past 20 years, many of
the new homes built have temporary black corrugated drains connected to
the downspouts. These corrugated drain-tiles, also called ADS pipe, have
a short life. Roots, soil content, and pure weight eventually cause the
corrugated drain-tile to clog and collapse. SDR-35 piping has a smooth,
thick interior wall allowing ideal water flow characteristics, easier
maintenance, and longer-life.
Our trench drain systems are a more efficient and long-lasting version
of a french drain that can provide excellent results for years to come.
The filtering properties implemented in the trench drain systems prevent
sediment build-up in the piping, while the unique rock structure allows
instant water percolation. The end result is a longer lasting exterior
drainage system capable of instant water collection Exterior
drainage consultations are free once our proposal is accepted. Our
consultations are $100 up front and include a walk-through meeting,
detailed proposal, and planned drawing of what it takes. Once our
proposal is accepted, the $100 will be credited back to your final
invoice. References are also available for other trades/services if
necessary to help further alleviate your drainage problem. Customer
references are always available upon request.
